The resort is leased from the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) of Washington State and is on 29 acres of property. Approx. 15 acres are currently being utilized. We currently rent 6 cabins, 9 mobiles units, 19 full hook-up recreational vehicle sites, 3 partial hook up sites, and 16 tent sites. In addition to the rental units, the property includes a store with two bedroom house attached, a 30 x 30 shop with public restrooms/showers and laundry facility, a separate restroom/shower building, storage building for boat motors, life jacket storage, docks, aluminum rental boats, electric motors, pontoon boat, picnic tables, equipment and tools. We feel that this resort is the finest in the area in terms of location, accommodations and water access.
